Yes. We come out, measure up and talk the job through with you at no charge and with no obligation to go ahead.

You send an enquiry, we visit to measure and quote, and you get a written quote broken into sections. If you accept, you pay a deposit, the job is booked in, built, and finished with a walk-through and handover.

30 days from the date it’s sent. After that it may need updating, mostly because material prices change.

It depends on the job, the materials and other trades. Your quote includes an expected start date and how long the work should take, and you’ll be kept up to date if anything changes.

No. Small jobs are welcome, and it’s always worth asking.

Once they’re in place, both are shown on every quote and invoice.

A 12-month workmanship warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA).

Those legal rights can last longer than 12 months, and the warranty doesn’t limit them in any way.

By bank transfer, or by card through a secure “Pay now” link on your invoice. There’s no card surcharge. Invoices are due within 7 days.

Yes, a deposit when you accept the quote, then the balance when the job is finished. South Australian law caps deposits on domestic building work, and our deposits always stay within those limits. Bigger jobs may have progress payments for work completed.

Yes. Quotes show the GST and the total you’ll pay.

That’s called a variation. We price the change and send it to you to approve online before doing the work, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
